The I-Speak Communication Model is a skill enhancement program which shows coaches and skaters hot to determine communication styles - both their own and their athletes. The program teaches how to use this knowledge to foster enchanced communication and coaching success.

The Half-Day program combines classroom style, off ice sessions at your local rink. This program is designed for coaches of all experience levels and with all levels of students.
Individual Coaching sessions provide one-on-one feedback to coaches from their on-ice lessons. This collaborative and supportive process makes the content of the half-day program come alive. Coaches learn to increase their efficiency, shorten students' learning time, improve students' retention of new techniques, and encourage students to willingly accept more responsibility for their own training.
